Andre Grant is a young philanthropic, Human resource professional, and graduate level student. An avid supporter of mental health and physical wellness. His journey into financial literacy started after, cosigning an auto loan and realizing how little his circle and community knew about credit. Rather than sit in this ignorance he dwelled into the world of credit to better himself for his circle, community and his future family. Andre realized his aspirations of being a financial stable and strong family man, would be dependent on his ability to navigate credit and make smart decisions. Now with the information he has acquired, he utilizes his business with AAR as a medium to propel those around him to height of financial literacy and elevate their own finances to help them achieve there own dreams. For his love for people and desire to serve he can now fully maximize that by giving them the tools to help shape their own destinies. For Andre his goal for AAR is for everyone to master there finances.

Alvin Fisher is a philosopher, environmental scientist, and MBA candidate who became passionate about credit and financial literacy after facing challenges with his own credit when financing a car. Growing up in a household where credit was rarely discussed, he learned the significant financial impacts of poor credit, particularly high interest rates. This motivated him to dive into credit education, eventually mastering the process of building and repairing credit. Through research, trial, and error, Alvin began advising friends and family, and now focuses on helping young adults navigate their financial futures by offering consultations and workshops aimed at improving credit and financial literacy.

Like many, Ridley was not taught the importance of personal finance or credit management growing up, which led to early struggles with his own credit. However, through determination and self-education, he was able to repair his credit and transform his financial future. By turning to books, resources, and a passion for learning, and now, Ridley is committed to helping others do the same. Now his mission is to empower clients with the knowledge and tools they need to take control of their credit and build a strong, sustainable financial foundation.
